§ 8.3.3 Delete Section and substitute the following Section 8.3.3:
§ 8.3.3 Notwithstanding any other provision contained in the General and Supplementary Conditions, or in the Agreement, the Contractor agrees to make no monetary claim for delays, interferences, or hindrances of any kind in the performance of this Contract occasioned by any act or omission to act of the Architect, the Owner, or of any of their Representatives, and agrees that any such claim shall be fully compensated for by an extension of time to complete performance of the work.
